1990 Delegation to Rubtsovsk

The first official delegation from Grants Pass to Rubtsovsk took place the summer of 1990.  Delegates included:

•  Ron Brown, Local TV news reporter 
•  Bruce Bartow, county planning director
•  Candace Bartow, GP Mayor
•  Wendy Moreno, librarian; 
•  Mark Kellenbeck, businessman;
•  Vera Quimby, retired teacher; 
•  Mike Yunker HS student body president 
•  Jeff Lippert, HS student body president 
•  Emilie Bartow, student
